Dr. Irfan Siddiqui is a successful business and real estate entrepreneur with nearly 10+ years of commercial, retail, single-family, land development, and multifamily experience. Roles range from developer to principal investor and financial analyst.
During his career, he has been consistently recognized locally and nationally as a leader in developing emerging markets. Like his surgical skills, he made analytical, detailed, and meticulous decisions. Dr. Siddiqui has worked with Fortune 500 companies in retail and land development. During his career, he has been directly involved in multiple transactions totaling $250M+.
Irfan has a unique ability to locate and negotiate off-market opportunities in today’s competitive environment. His extensive relationships in the private sector give him a competitive advantage with regard to market intel and targeting opportunistic acquisitions.
Dr. Siddiqui is an award-winning “Top Doctor” who is a successful real estate entrepreneur. He received his education at Michigan State University.
